We aim to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days.

Everything is shipped standard shipping unless you request otherwise, and then your shipping fee will be adjusted. All items shipped in the US will be shipped with delivery confirmation and standard insurance up to $50.00. 

Please note we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays out of our control, such as weather conditions, road traffic incidents etc.

By placing an order with Rock Candy Vintage you are therefore responsible for all shipping charges, custom import fees and the cost of returns back to Rock Candy Vintage KC..

If you believe your item has arrived faulty please contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt, explaining the issue
